Ozon is one of the first projects of the Guerilla Utopia series developed to explore the possibilities of public space. Magma designed four letters, each made with more than 264 gallons of frozen water, together spelling "ozon," which were then placed in the middle of Karlsruhe market. This Experimental project´s objective is to show that the letters exposed to the sun melt at th same speed as the ozone layer.
Graffiti Romantik explores the possibilities of public walls through the application of poetry. After obtaining permission from the town council of Karlsruhe, the decision was made to apply poetry as a graphic resource to the walls situated beneath the motorway where no one had drawn any graffiti. The poems use Fraktendon typography, designed by the Magma team itself, a combination of Fraktur and Clarendon typographies.
